This is the second time in two weeks I've stayed the first time I didn't know what to expect and I was blown away ny the staff's attitudes and willingness to help If you had a problem even if it was late at night and they didn't disappoint this time either they are brilliant and definitely get 10 out of 10 from me. Hotel was is lovely and clean rooms are spot on preferred the second one I stayed in compared to the first as it was bigger and more spacious but the first one was nice also

This place is very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our heating was broke so I was so cold. But the staff put a heater in our room for us getting in so it was lovely and warm! The bed was Comfortable but could of done with an extra pillow. Would 100% stay again

Easy to find, good location very near to the quayside and approx 10 minute walk from the station. Room was as expected for a budget hotel with no frills. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The location is perfect, arguably one of the cheapest hotels in the area - and the room was clean. I can't argue with the hotel for that price, even if I was only in there for a few hours.

Location was fab. Facilities clean and functional. Staff pleasant. Very easy to enjoy your stay - no drama, no disappointments.
